Determine how many gallons per minute your situation requires. Usually based on a sunny summer day of 8 hours of full sun. Divide total daily gallons needed by 8 hours and then divide that total by 60 minutes for  the gallons per minute you need.

Reading the flow charts: Note the gallons per minute on the left side of the chart.

Find your water depth on the top of the curves. (Not the depth to bottom of well but depth to water in your well)

Follow the depth curve down to where it intersects with your desired amount of flow (gpm) line coming from the left.

Where the flow curve intersects with the volume line from the left come straight down to the required amount of watts to make the pump preform that volume.

The watts are along the bottom of the chart. Don't follow the curve in the line coming down, you must come straight down from where the lines of flow and depth intersect.

You will always want to round up to the next higher wattage system when the numbers for watts required don't match our systems.

A few maximums on the systems we offer:
The maximum depth to the water our pumps can lift from is 600 ft.
The maximum flow at 600 ft. is just under 2 gpm.
(We don't offer or know of any thing that can pump more than this at this depth.)
The maximum flow we can offer is 80 gallons per minute at 6 or less feet of lift.
We have systems that can do almost anything in between.

There are 15 different module configurations that start at a simple two panel system of 170 watts and end at a very elaborate 16 panel system totaling 1360 watts.

Deep well pumping system for water depths from 360 to 600 ft. we only have one pump that will pump from these depths:

The more water you want to pump per minute and the more you want to pump at greater depths the more solar that is required and so the more the systems cost.
