Grundfos manufactures and sells some of the highest quality and most versatile pumps in the solar water pumping industry.  Their quality and performance is amazing.  We incorporate all of our years of knowledge and experience in sizing water pumping systems into utilizing the Grundfos brand pumps to create systems to produce water from depths as great as 600ft or flows up to 80 gmp on shallow wells and just about any type system in between. Opposed to much of our competition who carry the Grundfos pumps we try to sell you only the amount of solar power you need to do the job, not price you way more power than necessary just to make a few extra bucks. Let our pump experts calculate a Grundfos system for you if a Robison pump
can't meet your pumping requirements.  We use the same panels and mounts as with our Robison pumps it just takes more of them at times as it takes more power to flow more water and pump from greater depths.
Grundfos systems starting at $3,340 and up depending on lift and flow required.

When your situation calls for pumping from greater depths or higher flows than our Robison pumps can handle, we will custom build you a system using a pump from the Grundfos SQ Flex family of pumps.  These pumps can lift up to 800 ft. of vertical head pressure and at shallow depths can flow as much as 80 gallons per minute.  Prices on a bid basis based on your lift and flow needs information.  Let one of our friendly sales people assist you with a quote today!
Prices for the Robison Solar Systems Deep Well or High Flow systems available by phone and include:

1. The correct combination of 85 watt solar modules to meet the pumping specs you give us.

2. Top of pole aluminum mounting hardware to mount the proper amount of solar modules needed for your pumping demands.

3. Basic solar panel wiring harness and initial wiring and handling of the modules.

4.The most efficient  of the SQF pump models for your exact lift, pressure and flow requirements. (1 Grundfos SQF Pump)

5. Basic wiring instructions for the modules, a booklet about the pump comes with each Grundfos pump from their factory. Most of which can be viewed by clicking on the blue wording above for their technical manual.

What you will need to provide:
2 3/8 inch diameter pole for mounting modules 8-9 ft. long (one of these for every set of mounts according to how many modules you need)

1” black roll poly or pvc pipe to hang the pump

10-12 gauge 3 strand w/ground pump wire (3 strands total)

Various plumbing fittings, clamps, well seal, bag of concrete to set pole, some type of quality tape to tape wire to pipe. (we use black electrical tape)

Some type of quality 110v or 220v outdoor plug male and female. (It's best to make it match your additional power source such as welder or generator should you intend on using one during long periods of cloudy weather. Use the type of plug that will plug directly into it.) We recommend putting a female plug end on the panel wire and a male plug in on the pump cable so you can unplug the unit and turn it off, or plug the pump end into a generator for emergency water pumping. Water level controls to shut the pump off when storage tank is full are also available.

Part one of two.
The down hole portion of a Robison Solar High flow or Deep well solar powered water pumping system installation is covered in this video. You can get a great idea of how simple it is to put in a solar powered water pumping system. In part two we will cover the above ground portion of the installation.
Part two of two. The above ground portion of the installation of a Robison Solar Deep Well High Flow System. The panels were already assembled on the brackets when we went out to the field, we had done this in the shop. We recommend you do the same or somewhere you have a clean, level surface to lay the panels on and attach the aluminum mounts. Please view our mounts video if you would like an idea of how they assemble. It can be found on our videos page.
