Solar pumping systems

We offer systems to pump low volumes from as deep as 600 ft. (1.8 gpm max at 600 ft.) to the high flow of 80 gallons per minute on shallow wells (6 ft.) with many options in between these two extremes.  You can’t do both.  If your water is extremely deep, low flow is all we can offer. Just a couple of examples: 360 ft. of lift we can do 4 gpm.  at 210 ft. of lift we can pump 12 gpm. The shallower your water the more options we have. The systems vary greatly depending on how many watts of power and which pump we select.  There are 10 different pump models and numerous module configurations each one designed to do the most efficient job at different depths and flow requirements, with different amounts of watts required for each specific job. The correct combination of 85 watt solar modules and top of pole aluminum mounting hardware, solar panel wiring harness and wiring and handling of the modules, the most efficient  of 10 SQF pump models for your exact lift, pressure and flow requirements. (1 Grundfos SQF Pump)

What you will need to provide:

2 3/8 in. diameter pole for mounting modules 8-9 ft. long (one of these for every set of mounts according to how many modules you need)

1” black roll poly or pvc pipe to hang the pump

10-12 gauge 3 strand w/ground pump wire (3 strands total)

Various plumbing fittings, clamps, well seal, bag of concrete to set pole, tape to tape wire to pipe

Some type of quality outdoor plug male and female (we recommend putting a female plug end on the panel wire and a male on the pump cable so you can unplug the unit and turn it off or plug the pump end into a generator for emergency water pumping. Water level controls to shut the pump off when storage tank is full are also available.
