VERY IMPORTANT!! If you are returning a pump or other parts for service or warranty evaluation YOU NEED TO include your address and contact info please! We often receive parts that have no contact information and we have no idea what the customer would like done with them, or who they belong to. So please include the info on the pump or parts with a marker, or at least on the box so we can contact you about what you wish to have done to the pump. If you want to include a note in the box that tells us what you would like to have done, that would be great. Please include your full name and address and phone number also your email if that is an acceptable form of communication for you. Please ship all parts to the Weatherford address at 1520 E. Eagle Rd.
